The “Help Center” page allows you to view guides and submit a help request ticket. Each ticket will be routed based on the topic selected. Topics such as Bid Update, Resident Information, and much more will be displayed. Each time a response has been made an email will also be sent to the email associated with Fixsee.
1. "Click" Help Center
2. "Click" Help Request" to submit a ticket or "Guides" to view training information.
3. Fill in required information/details
4. Click "Submit"
5. To view a response/submit select "View Details" from the "Help Center" home screen. (You do have the option to reply from email when a response is sent, but each response will copy the entire thread each time. We recommend responding through the Fixsee portal to avoid duplicates
